Standard Controls

Rectangular Autoclave Multiple Operating Valve:

To carry out all functions ofsterilization cycle at one point i.e. steam to jacket, steam to chamber, fast/slow exhaust and vacuum/ drying.

Chamber:   Inner Chamber S.S.304L & Door S.S. 304L outer Chamber S.S. 304

Door: Single door shall be fitted withradical shooting arm, provided with automatic pressure locking device so thatthe door can not be opened till chamber pressure is fully exhausted.

Quick Vacuum Drying Apparatus: This allowsthe filtered and sterilized air to break the chamber vacuum & helps inquick-drying. Accidental Vacuum Breaker: A safety device so jacket againstaccidental vacuum in it and to remove residual air from it.

Safety Valve: A safety device againstexcess pressure in jacket and steam generator.

Plug Screen: A device to preventchamber, discharge line from lint / sediment. Chamber Condensate Line: Incorporatedwith spirax thermostatic steam traps and check valve for perfect condensationfrom chamber to achieve optimum temperature.

Pressure & Compound Gauge: Indicatesjacket and chamber pressure / vacuum resp.

Steam Generator (Boiler): Shall beattached to underneath the jacket. It shall be fitted with -ISI marked waterimmersion type industrial heating elements A magnetic automatic water levelfloat switch to protect heater from low water level Water inlet & outletvalvesWater level indicating gauge glass with SS guard and with automatic waterclosing device in case of breakage of glass tube Automatic pressure stat switchto control the boiler/jacket pressure

Electrical Control Box: Equipped withair break contractor of ' CUT. HAMM'make, toggle switch and two nos. indicating neon lamps.

Automatic Pressure Control Switch(Pressure control switch - INDFOSS PIEZOSTAT) -This semi-automatic devicecontrols the pressure inside the chamber mechanically and cuts-off the currentfrom the heating elements, when the desired/ set pressure value level isattained inside the chamber and restarts the mechanism once the pressure insidethe chamber falls from the desired level.

Automatic Water Cut-off Device - Thisdevice is a safety device which protects the heaters from running dry. Thisdevice ensures that the machine is automatically switched off in case thedesired water level falls below the prescribed level.

Working Pressure: 1.2 kgf/cm g for 15 Minute quick &perfect sterilization.

2.1 kgf/cm g for 07 Minute quick & perfectsterilization.

 

Working Temperature: 121 °C for 15 Minute quick &perfect sterilization. 134 °C for 07 Minute quick & perfect sterilization.

Chamber: 1 minute only

Micro Processor PID Controllerwith Timer & Auto Stop Facility & Digital Pressure Indicator & PCInter Face or Printer Out Put.

Once the pressure level insidethe chamber reaches the desired value, it regulates the sterilization time ofthe media to be sterilized and when the desired time is passed, it activatesthe buzzer, which indicates that the sterilization cycle is complete and mediacan be extracted.
