It is designed having stainless steel made inner and mild steel made outer chamber with powder coated surface. This oven is used for various laboratory procedures including bacterial culture, antibiotic studies, tissue culture, and to study the growth characteristics of bacteria on different media. Offered Memmert Type Hot Air Oven can attain temperature up to 250 degrees Celsius that can be regulated with the help of thermostat based controller.

1) Triple walled Unit.
2) Inner chamber made of S.S.
3) Outer chamber of MS. with Powder coating/ Stainless Steel.
4) Gap Between the two walls filled with glass wool insulation to avoid heat loses of 65 mm.
5) Heating element Are Made of high grade chrome plated nichrome wire.
6) Heaters are placed are the Bottom of the inner chamber
7) Enable with thermostat control the Temperature Temp. Range 40Â°C to 250Â°C Accuracy Â± 0.5Â°C
8) Air Ventilation is placed on top of sides to remove heat gases and fumes.
9) Control Switch & pilot lamps are fitted on front panel.
10) Supplied with S.S. Wire mesh jali.
11) Micro Processor Auto Tune PID Digital Controller.
12) Air Circulation Fan / Motorized Blower.
